What Causes Middle Back,rib And Stomach Pains In Pregnancy?

i started with middle back pain for a couple of days which I still have. now every couple of minutes or so I get really sharp rib pain and stomach pains. not constant, they come and go except the back pain. i'm 18 weeks pregant, dont know if this is relevant.
