What Causes Migraine, Bulge Stomach, Light And Short Period?

Hello I am 22, weigh 115 pounds, and have migraines and my appendix removed as far as my medical history. I am on birth control, but lately I have been getting very light and short periods. I also have noticed by lower abdomen starting to bulge out and feels hard not fatty? Do you have any idea what this may be?
