What Causes Migraine, Dizziness And Hard Lump On Side Of Head?

Hi, I have a hard, non-moveable lump of the left hand side of my head, towards the back. I m starting to get migraines on the left hand side of my head, alongside suffering from dizzy spells. I get little spasms in some of my muscles that tend to last for 30 seconds or less! can someone help me
