What Causes Migraine Followed By Numbness In Arm?

I suffer from migraines. I have lots of tension and knots in my upper right side of the body. My migraine (cluster) was focused on the right side and the usual vision, pain on the right side happened. now the migraine is gone and my right arm is numb in the rotator cuff area, causing the rest of my arm to be useless.
