What Causes Migraine Headaches With Eyelid And Temple Vein Prominence?

I had botox two months ago and that evening my eyelid went numb. This lasted for a few days and went away. lately I have been getting more migraine headaches and have noticed a dark vein on my eyelid and underneath my eye. I have also been getting a protruding vein on my temple. Any idea what this could be or what kind of doctor i need to see? Could botox have done this?
