What Causes Migraine , Tiredness And Cough?

Flu like symptoms ( migraine, tiredness, coughing, low energy ) though instead of a elevated temp, it is low, sitting at around 94; Checked my own, and two others, reads correct on mysef and the two others, still low for the person in question. Not sure what would ahve flu like symptoms though non elevated temp.
