What Causes Migraine, Vomiting And Headache?

Ill be 28 weeks this friday. I just had a dr appointment yeterday and everything was fine. But now Im feeling week and im vomiting. I have had a headache all day and now.. yesterday I had a migraine but today its just a dull headache. this feeling and vomiting is the first Ive felt in my entire pregnancy. should I go to the hospital?
