What Causes Migraine With Solid Vomiting And Dysphagia?

This last sunday, I had a migraine. I projectile vomited...felt like a piece of food or something stuck in my throat. Later, vomited again...very hard and little came up. Since this time, I have felt like a piece of food or something is still stuck in my throat. I feel it every time I swallow.
