What Causes Migraine,dizzy Spells And Eye Floaters?

Hi, I had a baby by c section a month ago a week after i have had a migraine in the same location, dizzy spells that impair my vision, passing out occassionally, fatigue no matter how much i sleep and shooting pains through one part of my head. i also have more tiny blind spot i believe are called floaters. i am starting to really worry and am seeing my doctor soon but i was wondering if someone could also help tell me what could be causing this. thank you.
