What Causes Migraines During Menstruation With Vision Blurring?

Hi doctor, I am suffering from migraine for the past 7 years. It happens frequently during the menstrual time and lasts for 3 or 4 days. Pain will be there only on one side of the head, sometimes right and sometimes left. At times my visions are getting blurred and I used to see aura around things prior to the headache. I can't do any work at that time. Could you help me with a good solution?
