What Causes Migraines, Fibromyalgia, Degenerative Disc In Lower Back And Plantar Fasciitis?

I have filed for my disability. I have Migraines, Fibromyalgia, degenerative disc in my lower back, plantar fasciitis, bursitis in my hip, joint pain and swelling in my hands and feet, numbness that radiates from my lower back down my right leg and my foot goes numb, diabetes (diet controlled), hypothyroid, depression and anxiety. I am almost 53 with only a high school education and no particular administrative skills. My medical records back up everything listed. I have had my hearing. How long does it take to get a decision and are all of my medical issues qualify for disability benefits
