What Causes Migraines, Nose Bleeding With Clots, Stomach Pains, Cramps And Dizziness?

Hi, I have migraines everyday, i wake up with them almost every morning or i will get them later in the day but i never go a day without getting one. Sometimes they are so bad i cry and it hurts when i walk or move. And my face will hurt. I also have been having a lot of nosebleeds that last for 30-45 minutes and when i blow my nose there are blood clots. I was woke up this morning at 4 am with a nosebleed because i felt the blood in my throat and was swallowing it. And then had another one later at 10 am. I also have been very tired all the time and have hot flashes and dizziness every so often. I feel like i never have any energy. My eating habits are still pretty much the same although sometimes i will go all day without eating. I get stomach pains often, they feel like cramps or like prickly pains and i feel bloated a lot. My grandmother died of leukemia about 20 years ago and i was wondering if maybe i might have it or possibly something else serious.
