What Causes Migraines?

I have crucial migraines.. its been 2 weeks everyday long lasting pain. im sensitive to light i feel light headed, and i only feel less pain when i close my eyes or put pressure on my head. My father had an annurism at the age of 37 because of a vein deficiency he was born with. im scared i could have something of that sort. any idea what this could be?
