What Causes Mild Burning Sensation During End Of Urination?

Hello, I have just recently experienced a mild burning sensation as I urinate with a very small amount of a dark color. The color change of urine and burning only happens at the end and just a couple of drops that are colored. What should i look out for? I am having a Dr. s appt. on Wed. this week. so should i look for something specific til then? Oh, I am sorry. I cannot afford the cost for this as I have only $45.00 extra for my copays that I will have for the month and that s only if I pay a portion of my bills this month. Iam on Medicare/Disability. I guess I will have to wait til Wednesday. Thank you though for offering the services for those that can do it. Again Thank you.
