What Causes Mild Cramping And Swelling On Lower Right Abdomen?

I have been experiencing mild cramping on my lower right side for about 4 days. My lower abdomen is swollen, but mostly below my belly button (looks like a bump), and i am experiencing white-jelly like vaginal discharge. this is the time i probably should be ovulating, but i do not keep up with it. i am having no other pregnancy symptoms other than a mild headache about everyday for the past two weeks.
