What Causes Mild Ear Pain Despite Having Antibiotics For Ear Infection?

Back in September I had an ear infection. Was prescribed antibiotics. They didn't work. Had to go back to dr for more. It healed. But has never felt normal since then. It sometimes aches slightly. Sometimes feels clogged. And once in a while I hear a "creaking" sound.
Anything I can do to remedy any of this?
