What Causes Mild Fever, Muscle Pain, Abdominal Pain, Depression And Mood Swings?

I tested positive for ANA with low titer of 1:40 homogeneous pattern as well as my ASMA is positive and my test came back with high ESR and abnormal C-reactive protein. I have had symptoms such as fatigue, low grade fever, muscle pain, abdominal pain and depression or mood swings. Can it be lupus?
