What Causes Mild Fever When Diagnosed With Diabetes, CHF And Low Thyroid?

For a month I been having a low grade fever. I have diabetic high blood pressure congested heart failure and low thyroid. I have a urgency to go to the restroom daily.my urine just comes down.My blood pressure stays even though I am on medication. Can you tell me what might be wrong.
