What Causes Mild Headache After Having Nurokind Plus?

Hello Doc, I have been taking Nurokind Plus for Blood thining as per doc s advise along with Ecosprin 75 ,I am now getting Mild headache throughout the day and night. I am a diabetic and smoke ( 10 Cigs a day) controlled Diet Are there any more side effects
