What Causes Mild Headache Along With Lowering Of BPM?

Just left son at college. (21yrs old)Slight headache. BP 153/103 pulse 96. Can't see our doctor til Mon or Tue.he weighs 260ish, ht 5'11-6ft. Runs in the family. Just adjusted my BP medicine to 2-240mg(partial) 1-100mg(losartan). Mines was 160-160/97-103. My pulse rate goes down to 55 -71. Any advice.
