What Causes Mild Headache And Stress?

Hi i get watery mouth after eating and this bad taste in my mouth and feel like i want to throw up. I have breast tenderness and mild headaches. I took a preg test and it was negative as I suspect it would be since i had a tubal almost 7 yrs ago. My cycle is late but im thinking its just from a little stress. Can someone tell me in there best opinion what is going on and what do i do to stop the feeling of throwing up when only a little food come up and not a lot.
