What Causes Mild Pain And Presence Of Lump After Removal Of Ovary?

I had a mass removed with my appendix in Oct - I have to be scheduled for a colonoscopy - getting scheduled. I have been hurting mildly occasionally on the left side where my ovary was removed from. I now feel a large peanut (in hull) size lump when I press on it. The right mass was just a bacterial mass. I have been on a Candida diet for about 3 weeks - have cheated a little. What are your thoughts.
