What Causes Mild Pain And Tightness In Chest?

I am having left sided numbness and tingling, combined with very slight pain, weakness, and a tightness in my chest. I have noticed my pulse in my neck on the left feels slightly weaker. my left food and hand are slightly colder than my right. i feel like something is very very wrong in my body.
