What Causes Mild Pain In Between Ribs Along With Gas Problem?

hello, i have minor pain in between my ribs (can feel pressure when pressed on) also gassy, feel fatigued and weak. i have had trouble swallowing certain foods when not chewed enough in the past (a handful of times over a few years). i am scheduled to get a scope in the next couple months. any cause for concern in the meantime?
