What Causes Mild Pain In Lower Abdomen And Pricking Sensation In Vagina?

I had a slight pain in lower stomach and a feeling that someone pushed a needle in my vagina. I went to the bathroom and I urinated some blood and had some when I wiped. I am not pregnant as I am 63 and had a hysterectomy several years ago. should I go to the ER or wait and call the doctor tomorrow?
