What Causes Mild Pain In Testicles And Groin?

I have been diagnosed with epididymitis from my Urologist. He performed an urine screen and culture. Both came back negative, as I assumed. I saw him 8 days ago. He said no bacteria infection. Stated to take Motrin and hot baths. I am experiencing a dull aching pain in my right testicle, my groin, and my right back side of leg. I am confused and scared. The discomfort is not going away. This is the 3rd time in my life that I have experienced this. I am 37 years old. Should I just wait it out? Make another appointment? Go to ER?
