What Causes Mild Pain In The Upper Thigh?

Hi, I have been experiencing a dull achey pain on the front of my upper right thigh. It s deep rooted, when I try to localise the pain I feel as tho it s the artery in my leg. Also I don t know if it s linked but the right side of my neck is doing the same thing. A dull achey pain in the artery down the side.
