What Causes Mild Pain Under The Ribs And Diarrhea?

I have a dull pain under right ribs.2 hours after breakfast(porridge plus 500 ml water) I was very sick.Also I had severe diarrhea.Now I feel I am improving but still have strange dull pain below ribs on right side.Have had this before had stool test and blood test which were fine.Had these problems 3 weeks ago and I soon got better.However this problem reappeared today. puzzled.Thank YYYY@YYYY
