What Causes Milky Colored And Strong Smelling Urine?

I have milky colored urine and a horrible smell. I ve also had diarrhea last couple of days. Had a little bit of stomach virus. Yesterday morning woke up very weak and dizzy. Did not vomit. Can only eat light but the smell is horrible when I pee and embarrassing
