What Causes Milky Discharge, Brown Spotting And Ovary Pain After Unprotected Sex?

I had unprotected sex twice with my partner at the end of my period, I was just about still bleeding one day and the next day we had sex I had stopped. one week on I now have a milky white discharge and some brown spotting which is not regular, also my left ovary is painful! What could this be??
