What Causes Milky Discharge In The Breasts And Acne?

I stopped taking my birth control pills approx 3 months ago after seeing my doctor about decreased libido. 4 days ago my husband and I had sex and the next day I noticed a clear, and milky colored discharge from both of my breasts when squeezed. Plus I have had major acne since quiting the birth control.
