What Causes Milky Vaginal Discharge After Treatment Of Bacterial Vaginosis?

I was recently treated for BV with Metronidazole, days in to taking it my doctor called me in a prescription for a yeast infection which was fluconazole 2dose. I took the first pill immediately and the second 72hours later, I was back to normal for 2days then had protected sex on day 3. It s now been 3 days and I m experiencing white milky discharge it has no smell but it s a lot coming out. Is this normal or should I be treated for another yeast infection?
