What Causes Mimicking Of Baby Kicks?

Hi my question is It has been 11 years since I had my tubes tied and about a week ago I started feeling movement in my tummy it feels like a baby my husband says that it is just me I have had babies I know what it feels like is there something else that might mimic baby kicks I was reading about ovarian cancer and a spastic colon could it be something like that
