What Causes Minimal Fluid In Pod?

i am 20years old may b around 15th day of my menstural cycle i vl get pain very badly i hd consulted doctor and t report says i have minimal fluid in pod and doctor asked me whether i am physically engaged o nt,i felt vry bad....and to be frank i am not...y did it happend to me?
