What Causes Miscarriages With Absence Of Cardiac Activity?

Hi, i had an abortion in may 2010 in 12th week due to large omphalocele and again i had to go for second Dand C in feb 2011 as their was no cardiac activity in 8 months, there was no chromosomal abnormality can u pls guide me for my future pregnancy. thank you
