What Causes Missed Period Along With Dizziness And Abdominal Distension?

Hi Doc I m 25 years old and my last period was from the 29th january 2015 till 3rd march 2015 , today it already the 11th march and I still d0nt have my period. Lately for the past week I ve been feeling bloated,slight stomach cramps, hungry,dizzy, sleepy and my stomach swells up at night and I ve got a creamy white discharge. Could I be pregnant?
