What Causes Missed Period And Watery Stools?

hi im 13 years old and im not feeling every well . i poop out clear liquid its like water . ive been getting tummy aches going to the toilet alot and every time i wipe my bottom i get blood bits from my bum from the skin

please help me im only thirteen and i missed two periods to is it an illness or sum thing
