What Causes Missed Period And White Sticky Vaginal Discharge?

i missed my period last week i had cramps and tender breast but i get that a week before but i got this the week i was suppose to get my period.those symptoms went away but i have not gotten my period i have been stressing out about it so idk that has anything to do with it i get discharge white sticky no period
