What Causes Missed Period Inspite Of Being On Nexplanon?

I have the nexplon its been almost 2 years since I have it but I missed period this month could I be pregnant I feel flutters in my lower abdomen I was cramping like I was going to get my period but nothing just light spotting should I go get checked?
