What Causes Missed Period, Lower Abdominal Pain And Tiredness?

Hello, My nipples are tender, I missed my period last week, I feel light cramping in my lower abdomen, I feel mucus in the back of my throat, I am also bloat alot and it want go away. Plus I have been very tired for the past three days. Could I be pregnant?
