What Causes Missed Period While Had Family Planning?

i am 28 yr female mother of 2sons last april i had a son and i did my family planning along with the c section now this january 26 i got my periods and till this day i have not got my periods i dnt no if i am pregnant i wanted to no is there any chances of pregnancy
