What Causes Missed Periods After Taking Qlaira?

hello,
I have been using Qlaira for three months, but since the use of pills my menstruation is missing. I've started to drop weight (usually during this time I gain weight). I did few Pregnancy tests which showed that I am not pregnant. Can you explain why my menstruation disappeared.
