What Causes Missed Periods After Taking Primolut N?

Hello, i have been off the pill for 3 months and i have not had my period since then. The doctor gave me primolut n and told be to wait a month after the bleading to see if all fell back into balance (i was taking the pill for about 5 years non stop).. It didnt come so last time i went she said my ovaries were 2 weeks in development and that if in two weeks more i did not get my period to go again on primolut n for 5 days intensive and to start the pill on the 2nd day of bleeding. The thing is that in those two past weeks i have had unprotected sex. I have not taken a birth control test. What do you recommended??
