What Causes Missed Periods Along With Stomach Ache And Inflammation Above Naval?

Hi doc. I have missed two periods but urine test for pregnancy is still negative . from last one week I am having stomach ache and inflammation above my naval. Now its a bit hard over there and I feel little pain if fingers pressed there. I have already suffered with hormonal disbalance last year
