What Causes Missed Periods Along With Tender Nipples And Swollen Breasts?

Hi, I haven t seen my period for over two years, after two failed IVF Procedures. For the past two weeks, I have been having sore tender nipples, swollen breast. Swollen feet when I sit for more than 2 hours, stomach cramp and lower back arches. I just turned 50 last month.
