What Causes Missed Periods And Coughing Yellow Bile?

Hi I m really worried there is something wrong with me... I havnt had a period for 4 months and get sharp pain in the left side of my rib/tummy. I have been coughing up bright yellow bile for 4 years now but recently when I do bring up bile it has blood in it. Also I get really bloated from eating small amount of food that can be painful and uncomfortable as well as straining to go to the toilet and a lot of blood pouring out. I m too scared to go to the doctors please do you know what it could be ? Yhanks
