What Causes Missed Periods Despite Taking M Prost?

Hope you doing well.
I missed my periods this month. The expected date is 7 of this month. I have done with urine pregnancy test several times from 17 onwords. It was negative. I met a gynacologist and gave my urine , blood samples and scan also.the urine test is negative and all the other parameters are normal. Same with the blood test also. T3&T 4 are normal but blood beta HCG gave 11 units . It was supposed to be 10-30 units in the first week of pregnancy. However I told my doctor that I don't wanna pregnancy and I wanna period. She gave me M PROST and told me to take 2 tablets vaginally and if don't get periods she told me to take another 2 vaginally after 12/48 hours. I took the last 2 yesterday night. Till now I didn't get periods. When can I expect my periods??? Is this the case of real pregnancy. Why am I not getting periods.
