What Causes Missed Periods Since 2 Months With Pregnancy Test Negative?

hi,sir/mam,i had sex wid my gf in december last year she was virgin then then we did it again in jan and feb..she is not gettin her periods for last 5 months....v got urine sample tested twice it is found negative....nd moreover no symptoms of pregnacy are seen...what may b the reasons?
