What Causes Missed Periods Since Few Months?

Good day,I would just like to know if theres a chance that i could be pregnant,I had sexual intercourse last year november and menstruated ever since.i took a preg test last month and it was negitive.theres no signs of me being pregnant besides my tummy that feels as though its growing.
