What Causes Missed Periods While Being On Norculat And History Of Miscarriage?

Dear Doctor, i am married and i am 35 years old. I had miscarriage once last two year and i been diagnose as SLE since i'm 24 years old.

For my last period come is on 5th Feb, and i was taken the Norculat 5mg precribed by doctor last week, till now the mensus haven't arrive.

I am keen to know the advice. Thank you
